Our 20 station newly refurbished gym offers a range of fitness and strengthening equipment and our instructors will guide you on how to use them effectively and safely to acheive your personal goals.
- Health & Fitness Memberships
Enjoy unlimited use of the gym, a personal programme, workout classes, and general swimming sessions. Multi-site membership can also be used at Brookvale Recreation Centre and Kingsway Leisure Centre.
- Pay Per Visit Gym
You can enjoy using our gym on a pay per visit basis.Join us as an Authorised Gym User and you can use our gym without making a long term financial committment.
- Swimming
Our 23m 4 laned pool provides lane swimming for fitness, family fun sessions, adult only sessions, water workout classes as well as a full programme of swimming lessons for all ages (children to adult).

Adult and Junior Lessons to the ASA National Teaching Plan. One to One lessons also available.
