 If you would like us to contact you regarding any of our activities please click on Register Your Interest to download an enquiry form, which you simply need to complete and drop in to the centre.  We will then contact you regarding your area of interest.

Main Pool - a 25m, 5 lane pool providing a range of activities for the recreational and serious swimmer.  Please download our pool timetable for session times.

Teaching Pool - a 10m pool which is ideal for our Parent & Toddler sessions and beginner swimming lessons.

Please note the Main Pool & Teaching Pool are not open 

on a Friday 1-00pm - 2-30pm

Teaching Pool is not open

on a Friday 7-00pm - 8-00pm.

Sports Hall - Our Sports Hall is marked out for a variety of indoor sports including 5-a-side football, badminton, volleyball, netball or basket ball. The sports hall can also be booked for non-sporting events e.g. social functions, car boot sales, toy & train fairs etc

kinetika Fitness Gym -  Visit our fantastic 50 station fitness gym and start a journey to a healthier, fitter you.  We can help you lose weight, tone up, increase your strength or improve your health and well being. With trained, enthusiastic staff on hand to motivate and develop your personal exercise programme we're confident you'll achieve your goals. For 11 - 16 year olds we have the 'Training Zone' sessions available. An Induction is required prior to use.  Please contact our Customer Advisors on 01773 514730 to discuss our full membership benefits and packages.

Vibrogym - Lose weight and inches and reduce cellulite.  Improve your flexibility, mobility and co-ordination on this highly advanced training equipment.  An induction is required prior to use.  

Fitness Classes - We have over 30 fitness classes per week with sessions available for all levels of ability.  Please download our fitness timetable for full class details.

Play Zone - a fun session for children from toddlers to 4 yrs, designed to encourage physical and social development including motor skills, hand/eye co-ordination, spatial awareness and movement to music.

Coaching courses - a range of children's courses are available including Gymnastics, Football and Trampolining.

Children's Parties - you choose a theme and we'll do the rest.  We offer Sea Scooter parties, Soft Play, Roller Discos, Bouncy Castle and Sports Parties.
