Our 25m, 5 laned main pool provides a variety of aquatic activities - lane swimming for fitness, family fun sessions, adult only, water workout classes as well as a full programme of swimming lessons for all ages and abilities. Our learner pool offers a full programme of swim lessons for young children and is an ideal way to build their confidence.

Swim 4 Life
Please be aware that we are operating the Government free swimming scheme for those aged 16 and under and aged 60 or over. Contact reception for an application form. Free swimming is only available during the 'All Welcome' public sessions.

Changes to the pool timetable:
PLEASE be aware that our pools are closed to the public on the first two Fridays each month - 1-00pm - 3-00pm - and the last Saturday of each month - 1-15pm - 4-15pm - to allow Staff Training to take place.

Group lessons take place throughout the week. The lessons are delivered by appropriately qualified Swim Teachers. The lessons follow the ASA National Plan for Teaching.

Our air conditioned exercise studio is a venue for a wide range of exercise classes. We offer low to high impact sessions, freestyle classes as well as the Les Mills brand of BTS Body Training System classes of Pump, Combat and Vive.

A 4 court sports hall with a gransprung floor offering badminton, 5 a side football, netball, basketball, volleyball as well non sporting activities such as car boot sales, antique fayres, choral recitals, band concerts, social functions, the list goes on !

This room is ideal for meetings, Martial Art groups and can be used as a training room.

Activities for the young people of our community include, British Gymnastic Trampoline coaching sessions, PlayZone Gymastics for under 5's, Active Zone Gymnastics for over 5's, Football coaching sessions as well as our ACE School Holiday Activity Scheme.
