All website visitors are entitled to download a 7 day pass to the Centre to use the kinetika gym, group exercise classes and swimming pools.

Membership

Our kinetika membership aims to help you enjoy life, feel great and help you achieve a healthier lifestyle. If you become a kinetika member you can enjoy unlimited use of the following facilities:

  • The kinetika gym (includes a personal programme that includes 5 FREE sessions with an Instructor)
  • 2 swimming pools
  • Group exercise classes including Body Pump, LBT & Circuit Training and Boxercise.
  • Yoga
  • 5-0 Fitness mornings
  • Free Off Peak badminton and squash courts.

Junior Membership is only £99.99 for the year*. That's only £1.90 a week! Swimming , gym workouts , badminton , dancing , yoga and lots more. Be more active , more often more of the time! 

 *There is a £25 administration fee for your first year membership. (The first year will cost you £124)
