The Prince Regent Swimming Complex is situated on Jubilee Square in Brighton City Centre with good transport links to the surrounding areas. |

Main Pool with Lane Swimming always available
Shallow Pool ideal for learners and fun
Flexi Pool with movable floor can be used for a multitude of activites
Teaching Pool. Warmer than the Shallow Pool for young children and non swimmers

CV and resistance equipment with stretching area all with a unique aspect above the pools - Health Suite
