 Fantastic 60 station kinetika gym - fully air conditioned, with a large selection of cardio vascular and resistance machines as well as a specialist advanced training and free weights area.
Indoor studio cycling - highly motivated fun sessions in the gym on stationary bikes to develop your fitness.

"One on One" Personal Training available
Workout classes - fully air conditioned studio with over 25 classes including Pilates, yoga and 50+ sessions.
Aqua classes: Shallow, Deep, Circuits and Ante/Post natal classes in our purpose built pool.

Teaching pool - for swimming academy lessons and public use
