The group exercise studios host a varied programme of classes suitable for all ages and abilities.
- Sports Hall
The sports hall has facilties for football, basketball, badminton, table tennis etc
- 5-a-side 3rd generation Football pitches
The footbal pitches have avalibity everyday of the week inculding weekend anytime for use of children to adults. 7-a-side is avalible if needed.
- Junior Activities
Children aged 11-15 years can now use our Junior Gym opened Moday - Friday 4pm - 6pm where they'll be supervised by our qulified fitness team.
- 50+ Activties
Keeping active is an important part of a healthy lifestyle for people of all ages. We offer a reduced rate Monday - Friday from 9am-12.30pm to use our gym and play either Badminton or Table tennis.
- Childrens Birthday Parties
Let us take the stress and strain, not to metion mess out of organising the celebration. Activities including bouncy castle, trampolining, playzone and football.
- Playzone
The Playzone is a inside area compromising slides, nets, balls, soft play toys and more. Aimed at children aged 3 months- 7 years. Avaliable Monday - Friday. Subject to avalibility.
- Creche
Leave your child with us while you enjoy your workout. Children aged 3 months - 5years are in the care of our fully trainned Creche team avaliable Monday - Friday 10am-12pm.
