Fully air-conditioned Kinetika gym consisting of a cardio-vascular area, resistance equipment and weights area. Cardio Theatre available. - Main Hall & Squash Courts
6-court hall used for a variety of activities including badminton, basketball, football, volleyball, hockey, short tennis, trampolining, etc.
We have 4 glass-backed squash courts available at any time.
- Studio 1 & 2
Air conditioned studio, sprung wooden floor, mirrored wall and ballet bars used for a number of classes including Yoga, Body Combat and Body Balance.
