You can register:

Monday to Friday

10.00am - 12.00pm

2.00pm - 4.00pm

7.30pm - 8.30pm

Weekends

11.00am - 1.00pm

5.00pm - 8.00pm

Please note that registration times can be very busy, please allow enough time to complete your registration.

You will be required to pay an administration fee of £2.00 per person.

Our fantastic kinetika gym, with it's extensive range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment, has something to offer everyone. Whether you want to tone, tighten, lose weight, build strength or increase stamina we can help. 1 on 1 personal training is availalbe, please ask at Reception or call 01252 554034

Indoor cycling studio: with light and sound affects for a great workout.

Heath Suite: Sauna and Steam with its own relaxation area, the idea place to relax and unwind after an energetic workout or a hard day at work.

High powered Sunbed: set in its own private room, whether you are preparing for a holiday, special occasion or simply maintaining that all year round tan.

Treatment rooms: offering a variety of beauty & holistic experiences.

Cafe: offering a range of special teas, coffees, hot and cold food.
