OUR 80'S THEMED GROUP WORKOUT LAUNCH IS ALL SET FOR TUESDAY APRIL 17th.

The workout launch is free to both members and non members and allows you to try some taster classes that you might not have done before. We are also introducing BODY COMBAT, so now is a great time to come down and try it out!

Kinetika Gym

Spacious, unintimidating fitness facility consisting of cardio equipment, resistance machines and free weights.

Workout Classes

Wide range of over 20 group fitness classes to suit all ages and abilities.

Main Hall

Clean, fresh, light and airey large space ideal for badminton, short tennis, table tennis, basketball and 5-a-side football. Available to hire for members and non members.

Meeting Rooms

Freshly decorated spacious rooms available for hire. Suitable for board meetings and functions. All tables and chairs provided at no extra cost. Tea and coffee facilities also provided.

Tennis Courts

Outdoor facility doubling up as a multi-use games area. Suitable for Tennis, netball, basketball hockey or 5-a-side football. Please note the facilities are not floodlit.

Football Pitches

3 full size football pitches available for hire with nets and changing facilities provided. Also suitable for rounders. Please not these facilities are not floodlit.

Cricket Nets

Seasonal, outdoor facility available for hire by members and non members.

Childrens Activities

We have an extensive range of activites available for children of all ages. Please contact the centre for further information.
