Mill Chase Leisure Centre is proud to be running the National Plan for Teaching Swimming developed by the Amateur Swimming Association.
The lessons are tailored to suit various swimming levels and children are guaranteed to be challenged without being overstretched. Continuous assessment of the children means that they can progress through the lessons at 'their own pace'.
On top of this Mill Chase has introduced FREE swimming for all those children whose parents pay by monthly direct debit.
The aim of the free swimming is to encourage practise outside of the lesson programme. Statistics show that children who partake in swimming outside of their lessons develop that much quicker than those who don't.
