 Gym: Our fully equipped kinetika gym includes state of the art 'Technogym' equipment, and is managed by our friendly qualified fitness instructors. Plus, all new members to the gym receive 5 free personal training sessions!

Group Exercise Classes: A wide range of exercise classes are available for all age group and abilities in our air-conditioned workout studio. From gentle aerobics sessions, to fast paced circuit training there is something for everyone.
Swimming: The centre has a large swimming pool which is available for lane swimming and general swimming at all times. Children's Activities: From 'Creepy Crawlies' play sessions for toddlers to gymnastics and trampolining courses there are children's activities for all children's needs!
Sports Activities: Our large sports hall is available to hire for a wide range of activities including 5 a side football, badminton and basketball. The sports hall also plays host to a number of sports clubs such as judo and basketball clubs
