Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up or simply improve your fitness level, we have a class to suit you!

The 5-court sports hall at Redwell Leisure Centre is suitable for most indoor sports including badminton, table tennis and five-a-side football.
There are also two glass-backed squash courts.

Throughout the holidays we run structured sessions for children aged 8 to 13 years old that include football, athletics, cricket and badminton.
