A modern, high tech gym that is part of the Arena Leisure Centre. Use as part of an inclusive membership or on a casual basis once you have completed an induction. Our friendly and qualified team can also help you with personal training, GP referral, weight management and support to achieve your goals.
- Over 90 workout classes per week
Our extensive programme provides classes to suit all ages and abilities. Our qualified and highly experienced
fitness team ensure that you choose the right class and work out safely. Classes are free to members and start
from £5 to non-members. You can book your space up to two weeks in advance by telephoning reception

Did you know that the Arena Leisure Centre crèche is available to everyone?
Whether you are looking to attend an activity at the Arena or would like time for shopping or even to meet a friend for coffee, you will have the peace of mind that your children are receiving the best care.
The Arena crèche is fully OFSTED registered available for children aged 6 weeks to 8 years and offers first class care for your children in a comfortable and well equipped environment
