Corporate memberships

Regular exercise by employees can reduce absenteeism and create a more productive and motivated workforce. Preferential membership rates are available for groups of five or more people. For further information please contact a customer advisor on 01932 260 300

This is a session dedicated to our 11-16 year old members. Times are set aside each week for this session. It is a chance for our younger members to experience a structured and challenging gym session in a supervised environment.

Prior booking for teen gym is advised as it is one of our most popular sessions

Available for more card holders only. However, the kinetika All-Inclusive Membership can be more cost effective when using the gym more than once a week!

A towel is essential for a gym session, however kinetika kits can be purchased form reception. These kits consist of a drawstring bag, water bottle, towel and headphones.

The more' card is a leisure card scheme entitling you to discounts when using the complex on a casual basis. The card allows you to receive exclusive booking rights and discounted rates at Xcel Leisure Complex, Hurst Pool and the SHOUT holiday schemes run by Elmbridge Borough Council.



Application forms for the more' card are available from Elmbridge Borough Council, Hurst Pool or the Xcel Leisure Complex, alternatively you can apply online for the card via Elmbridge Borough Council's website at www.elmbridge.gov.uk and the card will be available for collection from the Xcel Leisure Complex.

At Xcel we have one 8 lane 25m competition pool and also a 20m teaching pool with movable floor. We guarantee a casual swim at all times we are open and have a number of sessions to cater for everyone's needs varying from Family and Junior swimming to Adult only lane swimming. Competitions and galas can be accommodated here with our large spectator area.

We also have a sauna, steam room and spa pool for you to relax in. The spa is ideal for sports injuries or sport rehabilitation.

You can attend swimming as a casual user or why not save money and take out one of our swimming memberships? You can either buy a 10 swim card for the price of 9 or annual swimming memberships are also available.

Our classes are a great way of getting fit and having fun all at the same time!

We offer a wide range of classes here at Xcel from Yoga and Pilates to Body Pump and Body Attack, all at various times enabling us to cater for everyone's needs.

Drop in sessions

We have a fantastic range of children's drop in' sessions and our simple motto is just drop in and pay to play!

Sessions run in the morning and afternoon and most do require parental supervision.

Courses

Our sports courses run alongside the three school terms of the year. We have various activities from Trampolining and Badminton to suit different age groups and abilities. Call reception for more details.

Holiday Activities

Your children can take part in a number of fun and exciting activities including Playzone plus, Mucky Fingers*, Creepy Crawlies* and more!

Other activities include Kiddi Karts Grand Prix, trampolining crash courses** and swimming crash courses as well as a SHOUT scheme which details can be found from Elmbridge Borough Council.

Birthday Parties

Let us take the stress and strain out of organising your child's birthday party and choose from one of our fantastic party options. All parties are fully staffed with party hosts, qualified instructors or lifeguards

Parties include tea with a choice of either a hot or cold menu.

Although we do provide supervision for your party some will require additional parental supervision.

The crèche offers childcare facilities for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old and is open to anyone using the facilities. Leave your child with peace of mind that they are being looked after by our experienced carers whilst you enjoy your activity. The crèche is open to members and casual users of the complex and is open Monday to Saturday 9.30am - 1.30pm with an earlier drop off available. To book your place call now on 01932 260306.

Age restriction - 2 years old to 10 years old.

Our purpose built three-storey soft play facility allows your little ones to have fun in a safe secure environment. Situated next to the cafe, they can play with their friends whilst you relax with a coffee an catch up with yours!

Sessions are not supervised by staff so parental supervision is required. All shoes and jewellery must be removed before entering the area.

Why not relax after a work out in our cafe and choose from our extensive menu of hot and cold meals, snacks, healthy fillers and children's options, or just sit and have a coffee paired with one of our lovely cookies!

As well as our birthday parties, we also have a multi purpose function room available for hire and can be used for anything from 21st birthday parties to meetings and company team building days. We can provide catering, discos and entertainment for your functions and our complex has extensive free car parking.
