It provides a friendly, welcoming and safe environment and our team of qualified, professional instructors are available to design personal exercise programmes to suit your needs and help you achieve your goals.

1on1 is a fantastic personal training service. If you have an achievable goal, your personal trainer will work with you, motivate you and encourage you to get there! This fantastic service offers you a life changing experience. 1 on 1 is all about obtaining your personal best, whatever you want to achieve. These sessions require advanced booking

11-15 year old's can enjoy this supervised session with friends and family. Using cardiovascular equipment in our Fitness Studio-workout to music! Pre-exercise questionnaire and induction (bookable in advance) must be completed. Parent/Guardians who have also completed our induction can train with their children

This scheme enables GP's to refer patients for specific training to improve health and promote recovery. Our qualified instructors will advise on an appropriate rehabilitation programme to suit individual needs.

Our popular programme of courses covers all levels of ability and runs throughout the year, with a special selection of intensive courses run during the school holidays. The lessons are tailored to suit various swimming levels and children are guaranteed to be challenged without being overstretched. Continuous assessment of the children means that they can progress through the lessons at 'their own pace'.
