- An Exercise Club for Women Only
A fun and social exercise club specifically for women that will improve your health and fitness for those who don't want to join a gym. Run by our friendly team of experienced staff who have been trained specifically to help women tone up, lose weight and have fun in a friendly and relaxed evironment where you matter.

A warm and shallow pool ideal for building confidence in water, learning to swim or simply having fun with the family

Our OFSTED registered Creche is purpose built, well equipped and run by experienced, qualified staff. We offer children from 6 months to 5 years stimulating play and social interaction in a happy, caring and safe environment.

Two court hall available for a range of activities including badminton, short tennis, kids football, trampolining and gymnastics. Also available for private hire.
