A fun introduction to ballet and modern dance for 3-5 year olds. £3.50 per session, no need to book just turn up and join in the fun.

TRAMPOLINING COURSES - NOW ENROLLING
We are now taking bookings for our January Trampolining courses. Lessons are taught by fully qualified British Gymanstic coaches and follow the British Gymnastics Award Scheme. Lessons are available for ages 3 - 16 years and there are daytime and afterschool sessions available. Please contact reception on 01403 211311 for details of places available.

OLYMPIC ATHLETES AT BROADBRIDGE HEATH
The Grenada Olympic Association has confirmed its plans to use Broadbridge Heath Leisure Centre as its pre-Games training camp in the weeks leading up to the London 2012 Olympic Games.

A multilateral collaboration and exchange through sport, education, sports science, business and cultural links will also be encouraged between Grenada and West Sussex in the spirit of Olympic friendship.

Workout Classes

With over 35 classes a week there is something for everyone. Our classes include Studio Cycling, Pilates, Aerobics and the World Famous Body Pump, Body Balance and Body Attack. To view our full timetable download a copy of our Workout Classes Timetable.

Sports

Facilities include a floodlit football stadium and athletics track, full sized floodlit synthetic football pitch and multi sports courts, indoor athletics track and badminton hall.

Junior Activities

A full range of junior activities are offered including: Time Out after school and holiday club, Mums & Mites and Dinomites for under 5's, trampolining, gymanstics, tennis, birthday parties and a wide range of holiday courses.
