Rhythmic Gymnastics: a discipline that combines grace, co-ordination, agility and artistry. It is performed to music with the gymnast using hand apparatus: rope, ball, hoop, clubs or ribbon.
7yrs+ Wednesdays 3.30pm

Our 25metre free form leisure pool is an amazing aquatic experience, with 2 flumes, fast water rapids and water canon; these are shown on our swimming timetables as Swim with Features. There is also a lagoon ledge and poolside spa. If you’re looking to just swim up and down, try our lanes sessions.

Our gym is a superb place to workout and improve your fitness. With 68 stations, it offers a fantastic range of fitness and strength equipment for adults of all abilities and ages. With our fully qualified instructors on hand to advise on the best ways to train, you’re bound to see the results you’re looking for. Various membership options are available. This purpose built room ensures that your workout gets off to the best possible start. The room is used as a base for many of our workout classes, including BodyAttack, BodyPump, BodyCombat, Pilates, Nifty Fifty and Body Balance.

This purpose built room is home to our RPM classes. Permanently set up with RPM bikes along with its own sound and lighting, it sets the perfect mood for a rigorous workout.

Our spacious sports hall is equipped to host a multitude of activities. It is suited for a range of sports, including Badminton, Basketball, 5-A-Side Football, Trampolining, Gymnastics, circuit training and so much more.

Studio 2 is mainly used by our martial art clubs within the centre, but has so many more uses. It’s ideal for small meetings and training sessions.

The Olympiad offers 3 superb squash courts including 1 glass back court. There is also a squash league available.

A stimulating and caring play environment for children aged 2 weeks – 4 years and 11 months. They can have fun, make friends, develop and learn new skills. Activities offered will be varied and suitable for the age and stage of development of the children and supervised by trained and experienced staff. The Olympiad Crèche is open to centre and non-centre users.

* Saturdays close at 6.00pm
* Sundays close at 6.00pm

Bank Holidays closed all day

Group Exercise Cancellation Policy
Please note – as from
January 1st 2011 we will be enforcing the cancellation policy for group exercise classes. Customers not giving a minimum of 3 hours notice via reception will be charged the full price of the class. Classes thereafter will unable to be booked unless the outstanding debt is cleared.
