FREE SWIMMING UNDER 8's

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council in partnership with DC Leisure has agreed to continue providing FREE SWIMMING for children Under 8 when accompanied by a paying adult.

kinetika Journey

Included in all kinetika memberships is our 5 step programme to help you organise your personal fitness assessment and develop a training programme tailored to help you reach your personal targets.
Each step is booked in advance with your qualified fitness instructor and will include a lifestyle appraisal, an introduction to the gym, two motivational sessions and a review session. At the end of the kinetika journey you will have a personalised fitness programme and a thorough understanding of an effective workout.

Swimming Pools

We have a 25 metre 5 lane main pool and a seperate teaching pool with graduated steps. The pools offer a range of activites including General Swimming, Lane Swimming, Ladies Only, Family Fun Sessions and Water based fitness classes.

Sports Hall

The 4 court Sports Hall has modern sporting facilities available for casual hire as well as private session hire and vibrant club use. Our Sports Hall is available for badminton, netball, 5-a-side football, basketball, indoor cricket practice, trampolining, volleyball and gymnastics.

Workout Classes

We have a wide range of fitness classes available for all ages and abilities. Our fitness class programme offers a range of different classes which are challenging, fun or great to meet new friends.

Children's Party's

Choose one of our exciting themes for a party to remember. These include Pool 'splash' parties, football, soft play and disco.
