kinetika Gym

Our kinetika gym is open to all ages and abilities offering a wide range of cardiovascular and strength equipment to help you improve your fitness and work towards a healthier lifestyle. Various membership options are available including single, joint, family and corporate packages. Please contact a Customer Advisor for more details.

Swimming Pools

We have a 25 meter 5 lane main pool and a seperate teaching pool with graduated steps. The pools offer a range of activites including General Swimming, Lane Swimming, Ladies Only, Family Fun Sessions and Water based fitness classes.

Workout Classes

We have a wide range of fitness classes available for all ages and abilities. Our fitness class programme offers a range of different classes which are challenging, fun or great to meet new friends.
