Following the British Gymnastics Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses are designed to teach everything from simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.
