 Health & Fitness Memberships - Enjoy unlimited use of the gym, a personal programme, workout classes, and general swimming sessions.
kinetika Gym - The gym offers a range of fitness and strengthening equipment and our instructors will guide you on how to use them effectively and safely to acheive your personal goals. Available to kinetika members and pay as you go customers.
Group Workout sessions - A wide range of classes are on offer to tone & shape and increase fitness levels to suit all abilities

Swimming - Our 25m 8 laned main pool provides lane swimming for fitness, family fun sessions, adult only sessions, water workout classes as well as a full programme of swimming lessons for all ages (children to adult). Our learner pool offers a full programme of swimming lessons and with a sloped entrance it is an ideal way for young children to build their confidence in the water.
Swimming Instruction - Adult and Junior Lessons to the ASA National Teaching Plan. One to One lessons also available.
8 Court Sports Hall -Available for Casual hire, block bookings and SpecialEvents inc. Boxing (Sky), Cat Shows, Morris Dancing, indoor athletics, international Veterans Table Tennis Tournament, 1,800 Maximum Capacity.

CHILDREN
Drop In Sessions - We hold drop in sessions for a variety of activities including parents and toddlers bouncy castle and soft play, parent and toddler Aquababes, trampoline sessions, and gymnastics.
Courses - Courses run throughout the year and include trampolining, gymnastics, badminton and street dance. Please telephone the centre for further information.
Birthday parties - All you need to bring is the cake and the children! We hold an excellent range of parties for all ages. Crèche - Our crèche is open daily to members and non-members 9.30am till 11.25am.
